For custom invitations, a 50% non-refundable retainer payment is required. The remaining amount is due at the time of production (before printing). The retainer payment covers time spent working on your project as well as the value of holding a place on my schedule. If you cancel before printing, the remaining amount is no longer required unless additional design services/elements have been added to your package/order. If your order has been sent to production, no refunds will be issued.

For semi-custom invitation, full payment is due before printing. Once your order has been sent to production, no refunds will be issued.
